Comcast Corp. officially opened its new 86,000-square-foot call center in Irving, Texas, Friday.
The new facility will host more than 450 employees, including customer-service personnel, technical-operations teams and the MSO’s local customer-service management for the Dallas metropolitan area.
The operator said the call center added 300 new jobs to the region.
