Comcast Launches ‘Games on Demand’

Comcast Corp. is offering its high-speed Internet subscribers a new $14.95-per-month “Games on Demand” package featuring 60 CD-ROM-style games.
Games include “Dead Man's Hand,” “Clifford Thinking Adventures,” “I Spy Fantasy,” “Atari Arcade,” “Civilization III,” “Boggle” and “FIM Speedway Grand Prix.”
Exent Technologies Inc. is supplying Comcast with the back-end software for the gaming service.
Comcast also said sister company G4techTV will provide original content designed for game subscribers, including clips from its network series, gaming news and sneak previews.
