Comcast announced the promotion of Steve Gillenwater to division vice president of human resources and employee/labor relations for the Southern division and the addition of Ted Lango as the division’s director of strategic call-center operations.
Gillenwater had been regional VP of HR for the Mid-South region since 2005, while Lango joined Comcast from Cleartel Communications, where he served as VP of customer care and call-center operations.
