A Charter Communications Inc. technician was killed when he accidentally touched a live wire, AP reported.
Scottie D. Bell, 34, of Anderson, S.C., died about 12:38 p.m. Monday at a hospital after he touched an electrical wire, Greenville County deputy coroner Ken Coppins told AP.
Bell was in a bucket truck when he hit a live wire trying to lower the bucket, Coppins added.
