Charter Communications Inc. announced promotions Thursday in South Carolina and Tennessee.
Anthony F. Pope was elevated to vice president and general manager of South Carolina operations. He had been VP and GM of the MSO’s west Tennessee/Kentucky operations.
And Fred Lutz has been upped to VP and GM of Tennessee operations, from VP and GM of east Tennessee/Kentucky operations.
