Executive search firm Carlsen Resources, Inc. will launch a new division aimed at placing professionals on an as-needed, interim basis during the first quarter.
The unit, dubbed Executives-on-Demand, will enable clients to fill temporary workforce gaps, matching professionals with specialized expertise and telecommunications and new-media acumen with companies’ human resources and budgetary circumstances.
“These are uncertain economic times, to say the least,” said Carlsen Resources founder and CEO Ann Carlsen in a statement, “but the work still needs to get done -- especially those projects designed to generate revenue and improve cash flow. Carlsen Executives-on-Demand promises to partner with our clients to navigate these uncertain waters while allowing them to look beyond the horizon and continue developing the kind of projects, product launches and strategic retooling that will ultimately lead to better days ahead.”
The establishment of the new temporary employment unit marks the second major move by Carlsen Resources this year, as the leading professional search firm opened a Manhattan office last spring.
