Comcast Corp. promoted Scott Calloway to vice president of operations, Southern division.
Calloway had been the division’s VP of online and voice services.
In his new role, he will supervise the division’s “Think Customer First” efforts -- customer service, training and technical field operations supporting the systems -- as well as continuing to oversee the technical launch and operations of Comcast Digital Voice in division.
