Cablevision Systems said it promoted Robert Sullivan to executive vice president, sales.
Sullivan, a 25-year Cablevision veteran, joined the cable operator as a door-to-door sales representative in 1982.
Sullivan joined Cablevision’s ad-sales division in 1984, which later became Rainbow Advertising Sales, where held several positions, including executive VP.
In his new role, he’ll continue to be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of pitching Cablevision’s Optimum suite of products to homes and businesses, Cablevision said. He oversees all sales channels and in-house sales staff, as well as contracted sales agents.
