Bright House Networks promoted Craig Cowden to senior vice president of network engineering and operations, responsible for the architecture, engineering and operational support for all voice and data services.

Cowden will report to Bright House president Nomi Bergman.

"Craig's leadership has played a key role in converging end-to-end service delivery and business operations support for our fiber based business customers," Bergman said in a statement.
