Bright House Networks is looking to connect small- and mid-sized businesses with a new cloud-based phone solution.
Bright House Networks Business Solutions has launched Hosted Voice, a turnkey solution for businesses that features enterprise-level, productivity-boosting features, with all service, hardware, technology and ongoing support.
A facilities-based Voice Over Internet Protocol service, Hosted Voice utilizes Bright House Networks' managed hybrid fiber-coaxial network for all call traffic. The service joins Bright House’s portfolio of voice and data products and services that include business phone, Internet and TV, OnSite Technical Service, dedicated fiber, Metro Ethernet and a variety of managed services for enterprise.
