Annie’s Point Points Viewers to Hallmark

Hallmark Channel Original movie Annie’s Point made its point with Nielsen Media Research Jan. 22.

The film boosted the network to the third-highest total-day household delivery in its history, posting a 2.0 household rating and an average of 1.36 million households and helping Hallmark to an overall primetime rating of 1.0 and average hourly household delivery of 687,000.

Nielsen said the premiere of Annie’s Point was seen by 2.8 million unduplicated viewers.

“We are particularly pleased that our Hallmark Channel Original entitlement resulted in another major success for an advertiser,” Hallmark executive vice president of national advertising sales Bill Abbott said in a prepared statement.

“The reduced national commercial load has proven to be a winning formula for our viewers and entitlement sponsors,” he added.
