Cisco Systems and AT&T jumped aboard the Akimbo Systems bandwagon.
The two companies were part of the broadband video-on-demand service’s series-C investment round of $15.5 million, along with fellow newcomer Blueprint Ventures and existing Akimbo investors Draper Fisher Jurvetson, Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, Sprout Group and Zone Ventures.
