Fox Networks has reached a deal with Cox Communications under which the MSO will carry Utilisima and a Spanish-language version of BabyTV on packages in select western markets
The commercial-free, toddler-themed BabyTV and the women’s-targeted lifestyle service Utilisima will launch Feb 26 in San Diego, Orange County, Palos Verdes, Santa Barbara, Phoenix and Las Vegas on Cox’s Paquete Latino, as well as El Mix, an English- and Spanish-language combo offering.
Deal terms were not disclosed.
"We’re pleased to add Cox Communications to our growing list of distributors offering BabyTV and Utilisima,” said FN senior vice president of distribution Sean Riley in announcing the upcoming launches.” Cox subscribers will now have access to two divergent channels that will be popular with Spanish-language households.”
