Comcast Completes DreamWorks Animation Purchase

Comcast said it has completed its $3.8 billion purchase of DreamWorks Animation.
As part of the deal, which was announced in April, DWA will become part of Comcast’s Universal Filmed Entertainment Group, alongside Universal Pictures, fandango and NBC Universal Brand Development.
Under terms of the transaction, DWA shareholders received $41 in cash for each DreamWorks Animation share they owned. DWA shares have been delisted from the NASDAQ stock exchange,
