Comcast Acquires Managed WiFi Shop Deep Blue Communications

Comcast said it has acquired business-focused managed WiFi provider Deep Blue Communications for an undisclosed sum.

Deep Blue specializes in engineering, installing and managing commercial WiFi networks. The Latham, New York company employees around 125 workers, according to the Albany Business Journal, and generated about $38 million in revenue last year, much of the revenue coming from Hilton Hotels & Resorts.

In 2017, Deep Blue reported revenue for around $25 million.
