                                <p><a href="https://www.nexttv.com/tag/hbo">HBO</a> has resurrected its Emmy-winning drama series<em> In Treatment, </em>with a fourth season starring Uzo Aduba set to debut in 2021.</p><p>The series, which ran for three seasons on HBO from 2008-2010, will star Aduba (<em>Mrs. America</em>) as an empathetic doctor who treats a trio of patients while wrestling with her own issues, said the network. Aduba won her third Emmy Award this past September for her portrayal of Shirley Chisholm in FX&apos;s limited series <em>Mrs. America. </em></p><p>The original <em>In Treatment</em> starred Gabriel Byrne and Dianne West and won two primetime Emmy Awards. </p><p><em>In Treatment</em> is produced by HBO Entertainment with Stephen Levinson, Mark Wahlberg, Hagai Levi, Jennifer Schuur, Joshua Allen and Melissa Bernstein serving as executive producers. Production on the series is expected to begin this fall.</p>

                                <p>Netflix earned a record number of 2020 Emmy Awards nominations, but it was HBO who won the most hardware during a virtual Emmy Awards telecast Sunday night that saw Pop TV’s <em>Schitt’s Creek</em> sweep the comedy category in record fashion. </p><p>HBO garnered 11 Emmy Awards during the Jimmy Kimmel-hosted event, including major wins in the best drama and best limited series category. The other big winner during the ceremony was Pop TV’s <em>Schitt’s Creek</em>, which set a record by winning all seven categories in the comedy genre. </p><p>Netflix finished third for the evening with two awards.                                 <p>The Television Academy is pushing back its annual early-morning announcement of the Emmy nominations this year by three hours.</p><p><em>Orange is the New Black</em>’s Uzo Aduba and John Stamos, who will star in Fox’s upcoming <em>Grandfathered</em>, will present the nominations for the 67th Primetime Emmy Awards at 8:30 a.m. PT/11:30 a.m. ET on Thursday, July 16.</p><p>The announcement, which traditionally has been scheduled to air live on the East Coast during the morning news shows, will also be live-streamed from the Silver Screen Theater at the Pacific Design Center in Hollywood, Calif.</p><p>Read more at <a href="http://www.broadcastingcable.com/news/programming/tv-academy-pushes-back-emmy-nominations-announcement/141591">broadcastingcable.com</a>.</p>
