Veteran actress Tia Mowry will be the subject of a new original docuseries set to debut on WE tv.

The series, Tia Mowry: My Next Act, will offer unprecedented access to the behind-the-scenes ongoings of the recently divorced star, according to the network. The series will chronicle the former Sister, Sister co-star as she navigates her newly single status, motherhood while experiencing what life is like on her own both personally and professionally, said network officials.

Mowry, who most recently starred in Netflix’s Family Reunion, also appeared in the 2011 docuseries Tia & Tamera along with her twin sister. 

“It’s been a joy watching Tia's career progress since staring on beloved series 'Sister, Sister, to culture classic The Game and films such as Baggage Claim, proving she is the epitome of a true force within the industry," WE tv and ALLBLK head of content Brett Dismuke said in a statement. “We are thrilled Tia trusted WE tv to share her unfiltered journey, giving viewers deeply personal and unapologetic access as she enters her next chapter.” 

Tia Mowry: My Next Act is executive produced by Tia Mowry, Adam Griffin, Erin Richards, Dionne Harmon, Madison Merritt, Elaine Metaxas and Jesse Collins.

TV One sister network Cleo TV has secured rights to episodes from the YouTube digital series Tia Mowry’s Quick Fix, according to network officials.

Cleo TV will air 80 episodes from the series -- which was originally launched in 2017 from lifestyle entertainment company Kin -- beginning in October. Tia Mowry’s Quick Fix helps viewers solve little dilemmas from quick ideas for a weeknight meal to beauty tips, said the network. 

The series, hosted by actress Tia Mowry (Sister, Sister Netflix’s Family Reunion), has accumulated more than 280 million views on social media. 

“Our network prides itself on offering diverse, trendsetting and inspirational content,” said Cleo TV and TV One president Michelle Rice in a statement. “We look forward to building an outstanding partnership with Tia and Kin and are thrilled to introduce Quick Fix to our audience.”

Netflix has tapped actresses Tia Mowry and Loretta Devine to co-star in a new scripted comedy series, Family Reunion.

The series features Mowry as a big-city, free-spirited mother who travels with her family to small town Columbus, Ga. for a family reunion, and gets to know an extended family they didn’t even realize they were missing, said network officials. Devine plays the loving but strict matriarch of the family, said Netflix.

Family Reunion is executive produced and created by Meg DeLoatch (Fuller House, Eve) and directed by Eric Dean Seaton (Prince of Peoria, Modern Family).

“We look forward to bringing families together to enjoy the hilarious and heartwarming stories of this multi-generational family living together and discovering the importance of connecting with their roots,” said Melissa Cobb, vice president of kids and family at Netflix in a statement. “Meg DeLoatch has created a warm, funny and memorable extended family that we believe will resonate with audiences around the world and she has assembled an incredibly talented all-black writers room to authentically portray these characters and their journey.”

Actress Tia Mowry is the latest celebrity to receive her own Cooking Channel show as the network will debut Tia Mowry At Home on April 29.

The series will feature the former Sister, Sister star as she balances her hectic schedule with spending time with her family and friends, said network officials. The six-episode series will be supported by a website where can access Mowry’s recipes and her parenting tips.

Mowry joins Chrissy Tiegen, Anthony Anderson, Rev. Run and other celebrities who have cooking shows on the channel.

Now, they will get a taste of her passion for preparing home cooked meals, and a look insider her life as a full-time mother and working actress.”
