Hinting at a plan to expand its streaming service on a global scale and enable it to keep competitive pace with Netflix, Amazon Prime will soon offer access to original series, The Grand Tour, in more than 200 countries.

The Grand Tour, a series with Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May that marks a remake of  U.K. hit Top Gear,  initially became available in the U.K., U.S., Germany and Japan today, 18, but will become available on more than 200 countries sometime in December.

Though that global expansion is for just one Amazon show, there’s reportedly a grander plan underway.

The Wall Street Journal reported Thursday that Amazon “is on the verge of a massive global rollout of its streaming video service,” per people familiar with the matter.

Clarkson hinted at the coming global reach of The Grand Tour on Twitter on Wednesday, and the stars of the show dropped a few more details in this YouTube video:

Expanding its international reach would help with Amazon's chase of Netflix, which broadened its reach around the world significantly in January by expanding into 130 additional markets.
