Both Stacey Libbrecht and Michael Messina have been promoted to vice presidents in Creative Services, Starz and Starz Digital Media, respectively. 

Libbrecht, who has been with Starz since 2002, was promoted from her position as executive director, Creative Services. She is based out of the network's headquarters in Colorado, and will oversee the development and production of the promotional campaigns behind Starz's original series. 

Messina joined Starz in 2011, and previously served as senior director, Digital Media. In his new position, Messina is responsible for international licensing of original Starz programming, as well as the network's digital distribution of independent films. He is based out of the company's New York office.
