Nickelodeon has greenlit its Blue's Clues& You! reboot series for a second season, the network said Tuesday.

The series, which launched earlier this month after a 13-year hiatus, will get an additional 20 episodes for its second season, according to network officials.

The second season of Blue’s Clues & You! will follow series host Josh (Josh Dela Cruz) and puppy Blue on brand-new adventures, and will feature special appearances by former Blue's Clues host Steve (Steve Burns), said network officials.

In other Nickelodeon news, the network along with TeenNick and Nicktoons will simulcast The SpongeBob Musical: Live On Stage! Broadway show on Dec. 7.

The special, which was filmed for television in front of a live theater audience, will reunite members of the original award-winning Broadway show, which ran at New York’s Place Theatre from 2017-18.
