MSG Networks and Verizon Fios said Fios customers who get MSGN networks as part of their pay-TV package can now use the MSG GO live streaming and video-on-demand platform to watch live events and other programming. MSGN launched the app in late 2014, with Optimum as its first affiliate. Other affiliates are XfinityTV, RCN and Service Electric Broadband Cable. New York Knicks, New York Rangers, New Jersey Devils, New York Islanders, Buffalo Sabres, New York Liberty and New York Red Bulls games are shown on MSG networks.

“We are pleased to expand our partnership with Verizon to provide Fios subscribers with access to live games of their favorite MSG Networks teams and our other award-winning content wherever they are,” Adam Levine, executive vice president, business affairs and distribution, MSG Networks, said in a release. “With NHL games now part of MSG GO, Fios subscribers receiving our networks will be able to enjoy an exciting end of the regular season, as well as our compelling post-season coverage.”

“With the addition of MSG GO, we will soon carry live streaming of each New York-area regional sports network giving our customers the ability to watch every local team both at home and on-the-go,” Ben Grad, executive director of content strategy and acquisition for Verizon, added in the release. “Partnerships like this fit right into Verizon’s strategy of giving our customers more creative and flexible ways to view all their favorite content including crucial live sports programming.”

Subscribers with a supported smartphone or tablet can download the free “MSG GO” app by visiting the App Store or the Google Play store. On computers, customers may visit MSGGo.com.

Can you believe it? Walt “Clyde” Frazier turns 70 on March 29.  

To help celebrate the man and his sartorial splendor, MSG Networks has launched a bracket to name the hoops Hall of Famer’s best outfit.

While young Clyde’s street style featured statement coats and wide-brimmed hats, present-day Clyde is more known for sporting a new, bold suit at each game.

MSG.com is presenting 16 of Clyde’s most notable outfits and now fans can highlight the haberdashery. Voting for  Walt “Clyde” Frazier’s Best Outfit is available on the MSG website.

While fans can only hope that Santa leaves them a win under the tree when their team square off against the Washington Wizards on Christmas Day, MSG Network is bringing back “Knicksmas” for a third year.

Tipping off at noon on Dec. 24, the stunt, featuring 24-hours of non-stop New York Knicks programming, is hosted by Walt “St. Knick” Frazier.  Shot in his New York City apartment, brimming with holiday trimmings and graced with a roaring fireplace, Frazier will share the spirit of  the season with a local children’s choir and the Knicks City Dancers.

The programming ranges from Knicks seasons, championships and great games past -- plus a few from the current campaign -- and profiles of present and former players, including "Santa Clyde" himself.

The programming serves as a lengthy lead-in to the Knicks' pregame show on MSGN at 11:30 p.m.; ESPN will cover the contest from MSG, as the Knicks play for a 67th time on Christmas.
