She will report to executive vice president and head of reality Nina L. Diaz. Most recently, Neumeyer was at A&E, where she developed and executive produced the biggest reality series in TV history, <em>Duck Dynasty</em>, as well as dozens of other projects including <em>The Wahlburgers</em> and the series <em>Rodeo Girls</em> in collaboration with the Weinstein Company. <br/></p><p>Neumeyer began her career at MTV, where she co-created and executive produced <em>My Super Sweet Sixteen</em> alongside Diaz and developed and executive produced MTV’s <em>Juvies</em>, the youth precursor to the <em>Lockup</em> series. Neumeyer spent years as part of MTV News, overseeing documentaries, live news shows and red carpet events. After MTV News, Neumeyer led a team to launch the largest youth bilingual brand of its time, MTV Tres, and developed a string of culture-defining hits.<br/></p><p>"Lily is a brilliant development executive with a stellar track record of hit making," Diaz said in a release. "I am thrilled to be partnering again with such a creative force."<br/></p><p>VH1 currently has 7 of the Top 25 reality shows for P18-49, more than any other network.<br/><br/></p>
