MTV will bring back its freshman reality series How Far is Tattoo Far? for a second season in May, the network said Thursday.

The series, in which participants ask pairs of friends, family members and loved ones to design tattoos for one another that won’t be revealed until after they’ve been permanently inked, will debut its second season May 23, said the network. The series is hosted by Nico Tortorella and Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi.
