More family-centric series about home renovation and house flipping have been cleared for production, including Five Day Flip, Vintage Flip and Nashville Flipped. DIY Network, another Scripps Networks Interactive outlet, coming off its most-watched second quarter (up 6% year over year), has ordered American Rehab: Utah and Amish Dream Homes (working title).

HGTV explores the latest trends in house flipping in three of the new series. Five Day Flip follows renovator Cherie Barber as she guts and remodels fixer uppers and puts them back on the market in only five days. In Vintage Flip, real estate expert and contractor Jessie Rodriguez and his wife Tina purchase dated homes and restore them with custom design features and architectural elements. Nashville Flipped features Troy Dean Shafer, the owner of a house-flipping business. During the series, Troy, his designer Alex and a team of contractors renovate historic homes in the heart of Nashville.

DIY's two new series follow families who renovate homes together. Amish Dream Homes features the Miller family, who work to balance their traditional cultural values and operate a construction business.
