                                <p>C-SPAN will cover the 10 a.m. Oct. 28 renomination hearing of Democratic FCC commissioner Jessica Rosenworcel.</p><p>Rosenworcel was nominated by President Obama for a second, five-year term on May 22. Her term actually expired in June, but she could serve until the end of 2016 in any event.</p><p>The hearing will be available live online at C-SPAN.org rather that on the TV channels.</p><p>C-SPAN is a public service funded by cable operators nationwide.</p>

                                <p>Two top advisors to Federal Communications Commission commissioner Jessica Rosenworcel are heading to the Hill.</p><p>Rosenworcel announced during the FCC's public meeting Jan. 29 that senior legal advisor David Goldman would be joining the staff of Rep. Frank Pallone (D-N.J.), ranking member of the House Energy & Commerce Committee, as chief council for communications policy. In addition, Clint Odom, her policy director for media issues, is leaving to join the Senate Commerce Committee as general counsel under ranking member Bill Nelson (D-Fla.).</p><p>Priscilla Delgado Argeris will succeed Goldman as senior counsel on Rosenworcel's staff; she had ben legal advisor. Valery Galasso, who had been special advisor and confidential assistant, will now be Rosenworcel's policy advisor on media issues.</p><p>Additionally, Travis Litman has joined the Rosenworcel team, handling wireline issues, while Jennifer Thompson will succeed Galasso as confidential assistant and special advisor.</p>
