Max will bring back its Emmy-winning comedy series Hacks for a fourth season, the streaming service said Thursday after launching the final episodes of the show's
third season.

The series, which stars Jean Smart as stand-up comedian/entertainer Debra Vance, has won six Emmys overall in its first two seasons. The series also stars Hannah Einbinder, Carl Clemons-Hopkins, Paul Downs and Megan Stalter. 

"We congratulate Hacks' brilliant cast and crew, and our partners at Universal Television," Max original programming head Sarah Aubrey said in a statement. "Hacks has masterfully crafted comedy delivering laughs and sharp insights about the vulnerability and joy of sharing a dream. The creative team behind the singular show is not only brilliant but also a joy to work with. We couldn't be happier to give viewers another season with Deborah, Ava, and the rest of the Hacks family." 

Hacks is executive-produced by Downs, Lucia Aniello, Jen Statsky, Michael Schur, David Miner and Morgan Sackett. 

Netflix will launch the sixth season of its Emmy-winning anthology series Black Mirror this June, the streaming service announced in a new trailer.

The season six cast of the sci-fi/thriller series will feature Kate Mara, Salma Hayek Pinault, Zazie Beetz, Daniel Portman, Anjana Vasan, Rob Delaney, Rory Culkin and Danny Ramirez, said Netflix. 

Black Mirror creator Charlie Brooker said the upcoming season will be the most unpredictable season yet as the franchise continues to reinvent itself.

“I’ve always felt that Black Mirror should feature stories that are entirely distinct from one another, and keep surprising people – and myself – or else what’s the point? It should be a series that can’t be easily defined and can keep reinventing itself,” he said via Netflix.

Black Mirror executive producers include Brooker, Jessika Rhoades, Annabel Jones and Bisha Ali.

HBO’s Emmy-Award winning series Succession will return for its fourth season on March 26 as the drama over the selling of the Roys' family business continues.

The series, which took home best drama series honors at the Emmy Awards this past September, will focus on the struggles of the Roys family as the sale of the family’s Waystar Royco media conglomerate moves closer to finalization. According to HBO, the prospect of the sale provokes “existential angst and familiar division among the Roys as they anticipate what their lives will look like once the deal is complete. A power struggle ensues as the family weighs up to a future where their cultural and political weight is severely curtailed.”

Succession stars Brian Cox, Jeremy Strong, Sarah Snook, Kieran Culkin and Alan Ruck. Newly announced cast include Annabeth Gish, Adam Godley, Elli Harboe, and Johannes Haukur Johannesson.

The series is executive produced by  Jesse Armstrong, Adam McKay, Frank Rich, Kevin Messick, Jane Tranter, Mark Mylod, Tony Roche, Scott Ferguson, Jon Brown, Lucy Prebble, Will Tracy, and Will Ferrell.■

Fans of HBO’s Emmy-winning original series The White Lotus will be treated to another season as the network has greenlit a third campaign for the Mike White-created drama show.

The series, which is currently in its second season, will follow a new group of guests to another White Lotus property its third season, according to the network. The first season of the series drew 10 Emmy wins this past September, including best limited or anthology series.

Season two of the show launched on October 30 and will conclude December 11. The season’s first episode has been watched by more than 7.6 million viewers, according to network officials. 

The current season of The White Lotus stars F. Murray Abraham, Jennifer Coolidge, Adam DiMarco, Beatrice Granno, Meghan Fahy, Michael Imperioli and Aubry Plaza. 

“Reflecting on The White Lotus’ humble, run-and-gun origin as a contained pandemic production, it’s impossible not to be awestruck by how Mike orchestrated one of the buzziest and most critically acclaimed shows,” HBO Programming, Head of HBO Drama Series and Films Francesca Orsi said in a statement. “And yet, he’s only continued to reach new heights in season two, which is the ultimate testament to Mike’s raw, unparalleled vision. Emmy-winning limited series The White Lotus shifts to Sicily for more hijinks among well-to-do guests at a posh hotel, according to a new trailer for the show's second season, debuting on HBO and HBO Max October 30. 

Jennifer Coolidge reprises her 2022 Emmy-winning role as Tanya in the second installment of the series, which follows the exploits of various guests and employees over the span of a week. 

Along with Coolidge, the new season stars F. Murray Abraham, Adam DiMarco, Beatrice Grannò, Meghann Fahy, Jon Gries, Tom Hollander, Sabrina Impacciatore, Michael Imperioli, Theo James, Aubrey Plaza, Haley Lu Richardson, Will Sharpe, Simona Tabasco and Leo Woodall. 

The Hawaii-based first season of The White Lotus won 10 Emmy Awards at last month’s ceremony, including top limited or anthology series honors. 

The White Lotus is executive produced by Mike White, David Bernad and Mark Kamine. ■ 

Netflix, which used the power of the Emmy Awards to build its original series dominance, is in a bit of a slump. 

Not only are its subscriber and revenue growth figures down, but the number of Emmy nominations Netflix took home Tuesday was way off too, falling to 105 nods from 129 last year ... and a whopping 160 two years ago.

Netflix received best drama series nominations Tuesday for Stranger Things, Ozark and Squid Game, with Ozark's Laura Linney, Justin Bateman and Julia Garner gaining recognition in the dramatic performer categories, and Squid Game thespians Lee Jung-jae, Park Hae-soo and Jung Ho-yeon also getting performer nods. 

Netflix's Inventing Anna received a nomination for best limited series, with star Garner also picking up well-deserved recognition in the limited series actress category for her portrayal of con artist Anna Delvey. 

Also, Killing Eve's Jodie Comer took a lead drama actress nod. And notably, Stranger Things went unnoticed in both the actor and director categories. 

Beyond those nominations, however, Netflix was largely overshadowed in the major categories by HBO, which came away with an industry-leading 140 nominations this year, dominating comedy categories for which Netflix was utterly bereft. 

Keeping with a broader business trend, Netflix’s declines can largely be attributed to the rise of streaming competition. 

Hulu, which had averaged just under 24 Emmy nominations the previous three years, more than doubled its output with 58 total nods, good for third place overall, driven by the ensemble comedy success of Only Murders in the Building, which not only received best comedy series recognition but also best comedy series actor nods for Martin Short and Steve Martin. 

Hulu was also particularly strong in the limited series realm, with Pam & Tommy, The Dropout and Dopesick each getting love. 

Apple TV Plus also continued to build its presence, rising from 35 noms last year to 51 Tuesday, driven primarily by drama series Severance and the continued popularity of comedy Ted Lasso.

Even Roku got in on the Emmy act, scoring its first ever nominations for special Zoey's Extraordinary Christmas and a Bill Burr comedy special. 

The biggest competitive factor, however, was HBO, which saw its nods rise from 107 last year to 140 Tuesday, powered by a powerful slate of dramas (Euphoria and Succession) and comedies (Curb Your Enthusiasm, Hacks, Atlanta, Insecure and Barry).

Notably, the fade of the Big Four broadcast networks continued, with no network getting 30 nominations. Last year’s broadcast leader, NBC, saw its nominations total decline from 46 last year to 28 on Tuesday. 

CBS had the most noms of the broadcasters with 29. ▪️

Hacks stars Jean Smart and Hannah Einbinder embark on a career-defining road trip in a new trailer for the Emmy-winning series' second season, which debuts May 12.

The eight-episode second season of the HBO Max series continues the evolution of the dark mentorship between Las Vegas comedian Deborah Vance (Smart) and her young, entitled writer Ava (Einbinder) as the two travel across the country workshopping Deborah’s new stand-up act, the streaming service said.

Along with Smart --who won an 2021 best actress Emmy Award for her portrayal of Vance -- and Einbinder, Hacks also stars Carl Clemons-Hopkins, Jane Adams, Christopher McDonald, Kaitlin Olson, Paul W. Downs, Poppy Liu, Rose Abdoo and Mark Indelicato.

Hacks is executive produced by Paul Downs, Lucia Aniello, Jen Statsky, Michael Schur, David Miner and Morgan Sackett.

HBO’s Emmy-winning dramedy Barry returns for its third season on April 24, part of a number of announcements made by the premium service during its Television Critics Association Winter press tour session Tuesday.

The eight-episode, third season of the series, which stars Bill Hader, returns with lead character Barry Berkman -- played by Hader -- attempting to untangle himself from the world of contract killing and to fully immerse himself in acting, but finding that getting out is messy, according to HBO.

The first two seasons of Barry received a total of 30 Emmy nominations and six Emmys. Also starring in the series is Henry Winkler, Stephen Root, Sarah Goldberg and Anthony Carrigan. Barry is executive produced by Hader, Alec Berg, Aida Rodgers and Liz Sarnof.

--HBO also announced a spring launch of The Time Traveler’s Wife, a six-episode series that tells the story of a married couple dealing with the effects of time travel, according to the network.  The series stars Rose Leslie, Theo James, Desmin Borges, and Natasha Lopez.

--HBO will shine a light on the rise and fall of the Baltimore Police Department’s Gun Trace Task Force in a new six-episode limited series We Own This City, premiering April 25. The series, executive produced by The Wire’s George Pelecanos and David Simon and based on the book by Baltimore Sun reporter Justin Fenton, chronicles the corruption and moral collapse that befell an American city in which the policies of drug prohibition and mass arrest were championed at the expense of actual police work, said the network. 

--In May the network will debut a new documentary series, George Carlin’s American Dream, which chronicles the life and work of legendary comedian George Carlin told through never-before-seen archival material and interviews with comedians such as Chris Rock, Jerry Seinfeld and Stephen Colbert.■
 

HBO has renewed its Emmy winning drama series Euphoria for a third season, the network said Friday.

The series, which stars Emmy-winning actress Zendaya, is currently in its second season on HBO, with the season finale set for February 27, according to the premium service.

Euphoria’s January 9 season two premiere episode debuted as the most viewed episode of an HBO series ever on HBO Max, currently with more than 14 million viewers across platforms, more than double the average audience of Season 1 (6.6 million viewers per episode), according to HBO.

The series follows Zendaya’s teenage character Rue as she seeks to balance the pressures of love, loss and addiction, according to the network. Zendaya’s portrayal of Rue earned her a 2020 Emmy Award for best actress in a drama series. 

Euphoria is executive produced by Sam Levinson, Kevin Turen, Ravi Nandan, Drake, Adel “Future” Nur, Zendaya, Will Greenfield, Ashley Levinson, Ron Leshem, Daphna Levin, and Hadas Mozes Lichtenstein.

FX will bring back its Emmy-winning comedy series Atlanta in March after a three-year hiatus, the network said Wednesday.

The 10-episode third season, which stars Donald Glover, Brian Tyree Henry, LaKeith Stanfield and Zazie Beetz, premieres March 24 on FX and will stream the next day on Hulu, said network officials. Taking place almost entirely in Europe, season three finds “Earn” (Glover), “Alfred / ‘Paper Boi’” (Henry), “Darius” (Stanfield) and “Van” (Beetz) in the midst of a successful European tour, as the group navigates their new surroundings as outsiders, and struggle to adjust to the newfound success they had aspired to, according to FX.  

Atlanta last aired on FX in 2018. The series executive is produced by Donald Glover, Stephen Glover, Hiro Murai, Stefani Robinson, Paul Simms and Dianne McGunigle.

“We are thrilled to have Atlanta back with a new season on March 24th,” said FX Entertainment president Eric Schrier in a statement. “Once again, Donald Glover, the producers and stellar cast have delivered another signature season synonymous with the excellence that makes Atlanta so great.” ■

HBO’s drama series Euphoria will return for its second season on Jan. 9, the network announced Tuesday.

Zendaya, who won a 2020 Emmy for best actress in a drama series for her portrayal of troubled teenager Rue, returns for the show's sophomore campaign seeking to find hope while balancing the pressures of love, loss and addiction, said the network.

Also starring in the series are Hunter Schafer, Nika King, Eric Dane, Angus Cloud and Jacob Elordi.

Euphoria's executive producers include Zendaya, Sam Levinson, Ravi Nandan, Kevin Turen, Will Greenfield, Drake, Adel “Future” Nur, Zendaya, Hadas Mozes Lichtenstein, Ron Leshem and Daphna Levin. ■ 

FX will once again team with The Americans creators Joel Fields and Joe Weisberg on a new psychological thriller that will star Steve Carell.

The new series, The Patient, stars Carell as psychiatrist Alexander Strauss, who finds himself being held prisoner by a serial killer with an unusual request: to curb his homicidal urges, FX said. Having recently lost his wife, Strauss has yet to plumb the depths of his own pain and loss, creating a journey that is perhaps as treacherous as his captivity, said the network.  

Carell, who was nominated for 11 Emmys for his role as Michael Scott in The Office and currently appears in Apple TV Plus’s The Morning Show, will serve as executive producer of the 10-episode series along with Fields, Weisberg, Caroline Moore and Victor Hsu.

“We are excited that Joe and Joel are back with their next series for FX after the great experience of working with them on six amazing seasons of The Americans,” said FX Entertainment president Eric Schrier in a statement. “Their creative instincts and mastery of plot and character are on display again with The Patient, which will showcase Steve Carell’s remarkable talents as an actor, producer and creative collaborator.” 

Emmy Award-nominated actor Michael K. Williams, best known for his roles in HBO shows The Wire and Lovecraft Country, died Monday afternoon. He was 54 years old. 

The actor, who received a 2021 Emmy nomination for outstanding supporting actor in a drama series for his appearance in HBO’s Lovecraft Country, was found dead in his Brooklyn apartment by family members, according to The New York Times. The cause of death was not revealed but the death was being investigated as a possible drug overdose, the Times reported. 

Williams is arguably best known for his role as Omar Little in HBO’s drama series The Wire. Williams also appeared in HBO’s Boardwalk Empire.

HBO in a tweet said it was “devastated" to learn of Williams’ passing, adding that Williams has been an HBO family member for more than 20 years.

Williams also starred in SundanceTV's dark comedy series Hap and Leonard in the late 2010's. In a 2018 interview with Multichannel News, Williams talked about the  burgeoning opportunities actors and producers of color are finding on television.

Williams also garnered other Emmy nods in past years for acting performances in such shows as Netflix's When They See Us, and HBO's The Night Of and Bessie. When They See Us executive producer Ava DuVernay Monday posted on social media that Williams was a "flash of love -- now gone. But never forgotten."

All things considered, it was a decent second Emmy-nomination day for Apple TV Plus, which received 34 total nods, 20 of them going to flagship series Ted Lasso. 

Apple TV Plus’s level of recognition from the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences usurped both Amazon Prime Video (18 noms) and Hulu (25), as well as traditional Emmy stalwarts like the ABC Television Network (23). 

The TV Academy, however, seems to have overlooked an Apple TV Plus comedy series that’s received even more critical praise than the abundantly lavished Ted Lasso, however.

Mythic Quest: Raven’s Banquet, a workplace comedy produced by and starring It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia’s Rob McElhenney, and set in the quirky bowels of an online video game company, recently received a somewhat rare 100% “fresh” rating for its second season from critics aggregation site Rotten Tomatoes.

“It's now a consistently funny show, on top of an emotionally effective one,” wrote Alan Sepinwall for Rolling Stone.

“I've never been a fan of video games, but I'm sold on the sardonic silliness of Mythic Quest, added Matt Roush in TV Insider.

On Tuesday morning, however, the half-hour, single-camera comedy walked away with just two relatively minor Emmy noms—one for Anthony Hopkins’s voice narration, and another tech nod for sound editing. 

For McElhenney—who created and executive produces Mythic Quest alongside his Always Sunny creative partners, Charlie Day and Megan Ganz—the cold shoulder from the TV Academy isn’t a new thing. 

It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia, which is still enjoying a long, critically praised run on FX, has but three stunt coordination Primetime Emmy noms to show for its 14 completed seasons.

Mythic Quest wasn’t the only Emmy snub Tuesday. Starz’s Mississippi strip club-set P-Valley, another 100% fresh achiever, was completely ignored by Emmy, as was the Steve McQueen-created Amazon film anthology series Small Axe.

Peacock musical comedy Girls5eva, meanwhile, only received one writing nod, despite producer backing from Tina Fey and Robert Carlock.

The creative takeover of Hollywood by Silicon Valley hit a little setback Sunday, with the major streaming companies taking home just four Primetime Emmy Awards.

Netflix, which counted a record 160 nominations heading into the 72nd Annual Emmy Awards, came away with just 21 awards, most of them handed out in the less high-profile “Creative Arts” preamble. 

In a night dominated by HBO and its Murdoch-esque media dynasty drama Succession, streaming company’s only won four trophies: Julia Garner won Best Supporting Actress in a Drama Series for Netflix’s Ozark, and Maria Schrader won Outstanding Directing for a Limited Series in Netflix’s Unorthodox; Shirley Chisholm took Best Supporting Actress in a Limited Series for Phyllis Schlafly biopic Mrs. America, a show originally slated for FX that was migrated late by Disney to Hulu; and Billy Crudrup won Best Supporting Actor in a Drama Series for Apple TV Plus’ The Morning Show. 

Amazon, which saw The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel lead it to seven primetime Emmy Awards in 2019, was shut out during the primetime ceremony Sunday.

Notably, Disney Plus and The Mandalorian finished Sunday with goose eggs, too.

Peacock’s originals debuted after the eligibility window. Quibi won two Creative Arts Emmys. 

But that was it for the video streaming industry, which has aggressively and collectively leveraged Emmy Awards success as brand equity for its originals business ever since Netflix's House of Cards first emerged in 2013. 

Overall, streaming’s impact on Sunday’s awards telecast was fairly tangental. Canadian series Schitt’s Creek, which won Best Comedy and swept the comedy acting categories, had a window on Netflix, but it was ViacomCBS-owned network Pop TV that launched the show. 

Meanwhile, comedian David Spade did a bit playing Joe Exotic, star of the Netflix documentary hit Tiger King. 

BBC America has released a Valentine's Day trailer for the third season of its Emmy Award-winning drama series Killing Eve, which debuts April 26. 

The series, which stars Sandra Oh and Jodie Comer, has already been renewed for a fourth season. Season two of the series finished with the highest rate of growth of any returning TV drama since the final season of AMC's Breaking Bad, according to the network. 

 “These two blindingly good actors return for a season that finds both characters somewhere new," said Sarah Barnett, president of AMC Networks Entertainment Group and AMC Studios. "What remains the same is that Killing Eve will continue to pull fans along for a ferociously original and heart-pounding ride.”

FX has released the official trailer for the eighth season of its Emmy-winning horror anthology series American Horror Story: Apocalypse.

The series, which debuts Sept. 12, continues the anthology horror series created and produced by Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk. Sarah Paulson stars in the eighth installment of the series along with Evan Peters, Alison Pill, Adina Porter, Billie Lourd and Cheyenne Jackson. 

Emmy-winning actor Robery Guillaume died Tuesday at the age of 89, according to press reports. 

Guillaume, who battled prostate cancer, was best known for its role as Benson DuBois in two 1980s ABC sitcoms, Soap and Benson. Guillaume would win an Emmy Award from each show for portraying the quick-witted character.

Guillaume also starred in the ABC sitcom Sports Night from 1998-2000 and narrated the HBO animated children’s series Happily Ever After: Fairy Tales for Every Child from1995 to 2000. Guillaume also starred in several theatrical films throughout his career, including serving as the voice of the mandrill Rafiki in The Lion King film.

Guillaume was also an accomplished theater actor, earning a 1977 Tony nomination for his performance of Nathan Detroit in Guys and Dolls. He was also the first African-American to sing the title role of Phantom of the Opera, according to the Associated Press.

The Television Academy has announced the recipients of the 66th Primetime Emmy Engineering Awards, which will be honored on January 8, 2014, at the Bellagio Hotel, and held in tandem with the Consumers Electronics Show

-The Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers (SMPTE), a group founded in 1916 under the chairmanship of inventor Charles F. Jenkins, is this year's recipient of the Philo T. Farnsworth Award, which honors an agency, company or institution whose contributions impacted TV technology and engineering.

-Laurence J. Thorpe is this year's recipient of the Charles F. Jenkins Lifetime Achievement Award, which honors a living individual whose on-going contributions have significantly affected the state of television technology and engineering. Thorpe has served as the head of HDTV market development at Sony Electronics as well as senior fellow at Canon U.S.A.  A graduate of the College of Technology in Dublin, he began his career with the BBC in London.

The Academy also announced this year’s five Engineering Emmy recipients:

-Philips Professional Broadcasting for the LDK6000, DPM CCD Multi-format HDTV Camera System. First demonstrated in 2000, it uses the company’s patented DPM (Dynamic Pixel Management) imager technology, enabling the camera to capture multiple video formats and frame rates without physically changing the image sensor. It became a popular choice for remote sports and entertainment television productions including the Olympics (2004) and Super Bowl (2005), as well as live entertainment shows such as the Academy Awards (2003-2006).

-Sony Professional Solutions of America for the Multi-format HDTV CCD Fiber Optic Camera System. First used in 2005 on the Fox TV show, American Idol, the product is touted for providing superior HDTV image quality in a progressive video format (720 progressive). 

-High-Definition Multimedia Interface (HDMI).  HDMI has evolved into a universally-implemented, standardized, digital-interconnection method that delivers high quality digital audio, video and auxiliary data to home entertainment devices while simplifying the consumer experience.  Unlike older cables, an HDMI connection transmits uncompressed audio-video data in 100 percent digital form through a single cable, the Academy pointed out.

-Intel Corp. for High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection (HDCP). Intel Corporation, in concert with HDMI, created and deployed a universally implemented protocol for the clear identification and transparent delivery of copyrighted high quality audio/video content in a manner that discourages unauthorized redistribution.  Gaining broad adoption as an approved output protocol, it supports billions of device interfaces used by consumers worldwide.

-Advanced Television Systems Committee (ATSC) for its Recommended Practice on Techniques for Establishing and Maintaining Audio Loudness for Digital Television.  Spurred by public pressure, impending legislation, and newly-refined techniques for quantifying apparent loudness, the Advanced Television Systems Committee (ATSC) codified a Recommended Practice on Techniques for Establishing and Maintaining Audio Loudness for Digital Television as RP A/85. This publication is now mandated by the FCC as an enforceable regulation in response the United States Commercial Advertisement Loudness Mitigation (CALM) Act of 2010, effective December 13, 2012. 

Showtime will pull the curtain on its medical-based scripted series Nurse Jackie after the show’s seventh season, the network said Wednesday.

The series, which launched in 2009 and starred Edie Falco, will begin production this week on its seventh and final season, which will debut next year. The series averaged 3.4 million weekly viewers across all platforms in its sixth season.

Diring its run, the series also garnered several Emmy Awards, including multiple Best comedy actress wins for Falco.

"Edie is one of our finest actresses,” said David Nevins, president of Showtime in a statement. “We are so honored to have had her on the network. She creates indelible characters and Nurse Jackie Peyton is no exception.  I know this final season will bring her story to a close that will satisfy the ever-growing number of loyal viewers who have been entranced and, at times, appalled by Jackie through the years. I want to thank Edie, the incredible cast of Nurse Jackie and Clyde Phillips and Richie Jackson who have led the show to the success that it is today.”

Comcast and HBO followed up their tech Emmys with more hardware, this time in the jury-selected interactive media arena.

They were among six juried award winners announced  Wednesday by The Television Academy Wednesday for Outstanding Achievement in Interactive Media for the 66th Emmy Awards.

In the User Experience and Visual Design category, Comcast was recognized for Xfinity TV On the X1 Platform, while HBO was recognized for the Game of Thrones Viewer’s Guide.

Discovery Channel’s Skywire Live with Nik Wallenda (in association with Peacock Productions, Discovery Digital Media and the Discovery Agency) got the prize for Multiplatform Storytelling.

Just A Reflektor (AATOAA, Google Creative Lab, and Unit9), an interactive short film, won for best Original Interactive Program.

Emmy statuettes for these juried awards will be presented during the Creative Arts Emmy Awards at the Nokia Theater L.A. LIVE on Saturday, Aug. 16, and will produced by Spike Jones, Jr. This year’s telecast partner, FXM, will run an edited version of the awards on Sunday, Aug. 24 at 8 p.m. ET/PT and 10 pm ET/PT.

The Creative Arts Emmys will also be streamed in its entirely on Emmys.com at 3pm ET on Monday, Aug. 25.

Juried categories require all entrants to be screened by a panel of professionals in the peer group, with the possibility of one, more than one or no entry being awarded an Emmy. There are no nominees, but winners are instead picked in a one-step evaluation and voting procedure. Only those with unanimous approval win, according to The Television Academy noted.

Comcast and HBO were also among the Emmy winners in the Technology & Engineering category. Comcast was among four recognized for “Personalized Recommendation Engines for Video Discovery” for multichannel video programming distributors, while HBO (along with Netflix) was awarded for “Pioneering Development of 2nd Screen Navigable Mosaic for Direct Programmer Offerings to Consumers via the Internet.”
