A&E will reboot its Emmy-nominated series Cold Case Files in February after more than a decade's hiatus.

The series, which explores reopened criminal cases that have gone unsolved for years, will return for a 10-episode run beginning Feb. 27, according to network officials. Actor Danny Glover will narrate the series, which last aired on A&E in 2006.

Cold Case Files will be produced by Blumhouse Television (The Jinx) and global production studio AMPLE, said A&E.

"Cold Case Files remains one of A&E’s most beloved and successful series of all time,” Elaine Frontain Bryant, executive vice president and head of programming for A&E, said in a release.  “The new creative team has infused the franchise with a rejuvenated approach to storytelling at a time when true crime investigation is capturing the nation’s attention more than ever.”
