INSP said Cincinnati Bell has added the channel to its Fioptics high-definition lineup as of today (Sept. 14) on channel 506.

The network also said original series Handcrafted America will return for a second season on Friday, Oct. 21, after a new original series, State Plate, featuring American Idol winner Taylor Hicks going on a state-by-state culinary tour, premieres.
