                                <p>HBO has canceled <em>Looking</em> following two seasons. The gay-themed scripted series will end with its arc with a one-off special.<br/></p><p>“After two years of following Patrick and his tight-knit group of friends as they explored San Francisco in search of love and lasting relationships, HBO will present the final chapter of their journey as a special,” the network said in a statement. “We look forward to sharing this adventure with the shows loyal fans.”<br/></p><p>The final episode of season two of <em>Looking</em> premiered March 22.</p>

                                <p>USA continues to reshape its original series lineup, this time benching freshman comedy <em>Benched</em> after its rookie run.</p><p><em>Benched</em>, which debuted in October to 870,000 viewers, aired what turned out to be its last episode on Dec. 30.</p><p>USA was already cutting back on its scripted comedies, leaving only <em>Sirens</em> and <em>Playing House</em> on its schedule.</p><p>The network also concluded the run for a pair of long-running dramas, ending <a href="https://www.nexttv.com/news/no-secret-usa-cancels-covert-affairs-386688" data-original-url="https://www.multichannel.com/news/no-secret-usa-cancels-covert-affairs-386688"><em>Covert Affairs</em> and <em>White Collar</em></a>last year after five and six seasons, respectively.</p><p>The cable network, which ceded its perch atop cable primetime to ESPN in 2014, has renewed a number of series, including <em>Royal Pains</em>, <em>Suits</em>, <em>Graceland</em>, <em>Satisfaction</em>, <em>Playing House</em> and <em>Chrisley Knows Best</em>.
