Drawn from the cable and telecom programming, distribution and technology executive ranks, the 55 honorees will be split into two classes (<a href="https://www.wict.org/programs/bmli/Pages/Class-34.aspx#.V5FbgqKmBaf">Class 34</a> and <a href="https://www.wict.org/programs/bmli/Pages/Class-35.aspx#.V5FbO6KmBae">Class 35</a>) as they participate in the year-long program.</p><p>They will join more 800 women who have already graduated from the institute, which works to enable "fellows to make the transition from effective managers to enduring leaders," the WICT website notes.</p><p>Charter will be the chief sponsor of the classes.</p>

                                <p>Women in Cable Telecommunications has named the members of Classes 32 and 33 of the 2015-16 Betsy Magness Leadership Institute. The prestigious leadership development program for executive women in cable and telecommunications has seen more than 800 graduates since its launch in 1994, and this year Time Warner Cable returns as exclusive BMLI Premier Sponsor, Suddenlink Communications returns as Supporting Sponsor and the Walter Kaitz Foundation is an Industry Partner.</p><p>"BMLI participants are chosen from a highly competitive application pool and they represent some of the top women executives from across the cable industry," WICT president and CEO Maria E.
