Future has released the Best of Show Awards Guide for the 2024 NAB Show. This guide takes you on a tour of new products for TV, video, streaming, film, radio, audio and pro AV professionals introduced at the April event. 

This digital guide features all the nominees and winners and offers an excellent sample of new technology on the market today.

B+C and Next TV have announced the winners of the Best of Show Awards for the 2024 NAB Show. Products were judged by a panel of industry experts at April’s convention based on innovation, feature set, cost efficiency and overall performance.

The winners will be included in B+C Multichannel News magazine as well as on the Next TV website. Nominees also are included in a Best of Show Program ebook.

Nominations are now being accepted for the B+C and Next TV Best in Market and Best of Show Awards for spring 2022. The deadline has been extended for one week, to Friday, April 15.

“We're looking forward to the likelihood of an in-person event in April,” said Tom Butts, editor in chief of sister publication TV Tech. “People want to return to some semblance of normalcy in our industry and we're hoping the 2022 NAB Show will bring some of that back, giving attendees the opportunity to reconnect with old friends and expanding their network of industry connections.

The Best of Show awards are chosen from companies that exhibit at the NAB Show in April and that submit nominations. The Best in Market is open to any company.

Broadcasting+Cable and Next TV have announced the winners of the 2021 Best in Market Awards. 

The Best in Market Awards (previously Best of Show at the 2021 NAB Show) recognize innovation and excellence in new, recently introduced and pending products and services for professional TV/video, radio/audio and AV products and solutions. Winners were judged and selected by panels of professional users and magazine and site editors. Other Future sites also selected and announced Best in Market Award winners, including TV Tech.

"We were impressed with the quality and innovation demonstrated by this year's Best in Market nominees, " said Tom Butts, TV Tech Editor in Chief. Broadcasting+Cable and Next TV have teamed with other Future publications for the 2021 Best of Show Awards at NAB Show in Las Vegas, which takes place Oct. 9-13.

Exhibitors have until Sept. 23 to nominate new products for awards presented by B+C, for broad reach into the television industry; and Next TV, the only digital resource dedicated to the business of video streaming; along with sister publications TV Technology, TVBEurope, Digital Video, Government Video, Video Edge, Radio World, Pro Sound News and Sound & Video Contractor.

The winners will be selected by panels of professional users and magazine and site editors, based on descriptions provided by companies via the official nomination form, as well as on-site evaluation at the show.

Exhibitors can also nominate their company for the Booth Design Award.

Upon submitting a nomination, exhibitors will receive a nominee logo to display in their booth and for social media marketing. Each nominated product will also be featured in a post-show digital Program Guide that offers an overview of new technology at the 2021 NAB Show. Take a look at the 2020 Program Guide as an example.

Nominations remain open for the Multichannel News Best of Show Awards at SCTE Cable-Tec Expo 2018.

The self-submitted awards, which are presented by Future plc publications Multichannel News, Broadcasting & Cable and VideoEdge, will recognize the innovation and excellence among the products and services on display at the Expo. The new deadline to submit entries is Friday, Oct. 19.

The winners will be announced at the Expo, which runs from Oct. 22-25 in Atlanta.

Submissions will be judged by a committee of professional users and our editors and winners will be selected based on the descriptions provided by exhibiting companies.
