It has gotten a boost from President Donald Trump, who has tweeted that it could be his new favorite network. He also routinely calls on OAN during press conferences.</p><p>OAN launched July 4, 2013. AWE was formerly WealthTV.</p>

                                <p>Herring's One America News Network (OANN) and AWE (A Wealth of Entertainment), which have been authorized for distribution in Canada, have secured a master distribution agreement with the Canadian Communications Systems Alliance (CCSA), essentially Canada's version of the NCTC program buying cooperative in the U.S.</p><figure class="van-image-figure pull-" data-bordeaux-image-check ><div class='image-full-width-wrapper'><div class='image-widthsetter' ><p class="vanilla-image-block" style="padding-top:56.25%;"><img id="aTSDfKKM9FApSxw4rLg5km" name="" alt="One America Is looking to extend its reach to multiple Canadian distributors" src="https://cdn.mos.cms.futurecdn.net/aTSDfKKM9FApSxw4rLg5km.jpg" mos="https://cdn.mos.cms.futurecdn.net/aTSDfKKM9FApSxw4rLg5km.jpg" align="" fullscreen="" width="" height="" attribution="" endorsement="" class="pull-"></p></div></div><figcaption itemprop="caption description" class="pull-"><span class="caption-text">One America Is looking to extend its reach to multiple Canadian distributors </span></figcaption></figure><p>The CCSA agreement is basically a "hunting license" that allows Herring to try and sell its programming to the 100-plus video distributors in CCSA.</p><p>Herring Networks President Charles Herring tells Multichannel News that the agreement means CCSA will not only allow Herring to pitch its networks, but will work with it to encourage "consideration and deployment" by member distributors.</p><p>Herring says there are some restrictions to the affiliation agreements secured through CCSA, including that channels must be offered a la carte and there can be no minimum penetration or channel packaging and tying provisions in the agreements.</p><p>Herring says the company also retains OTT, digital and international rights to the networks, "giving us the flexibility to capitalize on emerging revenue sources and expand our services into Europe and other international markets.”</p><p>“Our sponsor, Ethnic Channels, was extremely helpful in guiding us through the CRTC process and educating us on the Canadian video market.”</p><p>Earlier in the year, OAN and AWE were authorized for distribution in Canada by the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC), which in turn paved the way for the master agreement.</p><p> </p>

                                <p>Herring Networks LLC said its One America News Network has been added to the standard-service channel lineup of <a href="http://www.buckeyecablesystem.com/index.html">Buckeye CableSystem</a> in Toledo and Sandusky, Ohio. The Dec. 1 launch pact included broader carriage for Herrings-owned AWE -- A Wealth of Entertainment, as well. AWE had been part of the HDTV Plus Pak and is now in standard service.</p><p>One America News is in the news neighborhood near CNBC and Fox News on channel 41 in SD and next to Fox News on channel 623 in HD. AWE will continue to be carried on channel 89 in SD and 695 in HD.</p><p>Since its debut a little over two years ago, One America News Network has risen to more than 12 million households with carriage by AT&T U-Verse TV, Verizon FiOS TV, GCI Cable, Frontier Communications, CenturyLink PRISM TV, Consolidated Communications, Duncan Cable, GVTC and other video providers, the company said.</p><p>“We are extremely pleased to add Buckeye CableSystem to our growing list of One America News Network carriage partners and excited that AWE will be available to a broader audience,” Charles Herring, president of Herring Networks Inc., said in a release.  “With more live news coverage than any other cable news outlet, One America News will be welcomed by news viewers on Buckeye CableSystem."</p>

                                <p>AWE has lined up what it hopes will be an awesome afternoon of boxing from across the pond on Nov. 22.</p><p>AWE-A Wealth of Entertainment, which counts carriage on telcos AT&T U-verse and Verizon FiOS, will exclusively air the rematch between ex-light heavyweight champion Nathan Cleverly and former two-time championship challenger Tony Bellew. The cruiserweight world title elimination bout, airing live on AWE, originates from Echo Arena in Liverpool.</p><p>The pair fought at the Echo Arena back in 2011 and then-world champion Cleverly managed to hang onto his WBO belt. Check out a preview of the fight <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ML0G7StJvag">here</a>.</p><p>The jam-packed card begins Stateside at 1 p.m. (ET).</p><p>The co-features center on a pair of WBA world title bouts. Scott Quigg will make the fifth defense of his WBA super bantamweight crown against Japan’s Hidenori Otake. Two-time bantamweight champion Jamie McDonnell will defend his WBA belt against Colombia’s Walberto Ramos.</p><p>The action also features two-time world title challenger George Groves taking on American Denis Douglin; undefeated British prospect Callum Smith battling former world title challenger Nikola Sjekloca; and heavyweight and undefeated 2012 Olympic gold medal winner Anthony Joshua mixing it up with 64-fight veteran Michael Sprott.</p><p>In addition to U-verse and FiOS, AWE, which showcases lifestyle and entertainment fare from exotic travel to outrageous homes, is available on more than 100 cable providers.</p>
